A very interesting fix in regards to the graphics if you wish to see a huge improvement is to change the image quality setting to “native” the extra option will try to upscale the graphics and ruin the overall quality. Many clan members as well as myself have found this to be a huge improvement to the overall fun factor of the game.

 Hi everyone, good see that MW3 is finally released and everyone seems to be enjoying so far. I have noticed that the game does have it’s share of issues and that this was expected but it’s certainly a step in the right direction as far as i am concerned.

As information is release i will be posting it here, now that the game is released we will be focusing more on tweaks and clan news rather than general news about the game it’s self. The clan is slowly growing and all through we have set in place size limits we welcome our new members. I will be adding a server tab above for all information regarding our server, it is now live and being worked on, we hope to have everything 100% by the time most of our members and the general public are level 80.

I would also like to welcome our new Admin “BlaZe44″ he has done his fair share to help the clan and we appreciate it. I would also like to thank all our other players for being supportive and just being online and participating. We have what is the start of an excellent gaming community and we hope to improve and expand it as time goes on.

As we are nearing release date a host of new information is becoming available, i will be updating the site regularly so stay tuned. I will also do a write on the Eb Expo with a couple of pics for those who are interested, things have been hectic around here so when time permits i will get to it. Eb Games are also doing a mid-night launch on the 7th so if you have per-ordered you can get your game then. If we are lucky the street date might be broken early, like it did with BF3 and we might be playing it on the weekend but i doubt it.

With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 leaking early this week, game details and information has been getting released.

In Modern Warfare 3 there will be three different Strike Pacakges catering to different play tactics. Instead of a killstreak system it is now a point streak system, meaning that actions such as assists, flag captures and even the use of certain perks can move your streaks forward.

The Assault Strike Package caters to the more traditional player focused on their kill to death ratio. It features Predator Missiles, Sentry Guns, and Assault Drones as rewards.

The Support Strike Package caters to more team-focused individuals. It features rewards such as UAV Jammer, Advanced UAV, Recon Drones and Sentry Guns. The benefit of the Support Strike Package is that your streaks do not reset on death and are cumulative over the entire round.

The third package is the Specialist Strike Package. You start the round with the usual three perks at the start of the round and then gain a new perk after every two kills. After eight kills you will have every perk in the game until you die. This essentially makes the player superpowered and not reliant upon AI killstreaks.

The standard edition can be price matched to any other retail price (has to be in stock) so you may be able to pick it up for less than $78.00 i for one will definitely try. Many people forget EB do this so PRICE MATCH! you can not price match on the collectors edition as it is an EB exclusive. I believe that this is a really good deal and with a price match from JB-HiFi or Big W even more so, Steam is currently selling the game for US 99.95 which currently amounts to $100.40 AUS which is a rip-off. I’m not paying $22+ dollars more for online convenience

On a final note, OzGamesShop has the games pre-order price listed for $54.99 and i believe this does not include freight and Cd Wow has the game listed for $67.95 with free freight, both of these are the standard editions. These prices can’t really be beaten by any of our retail stores but there may be a wait when ordering from the above mentioned so keep that in mind.

Nielsen Have revealed to today that Modern Warefare 3 is the most anticipated game of the 2011 holiday season.

Modern Warfare 3 is desired by 27% of active gamers according to Nielsen.

COD MW3′s competitor Battlefield 3 ranked at #7 with 12%.
